Paramanandam P Dr., MSc, MA, MBA, MPhil, PhD

Dr. Paramanandam has three decades of experience of teaching in b-schools. He obtained his MSc degree in 1985 from Bharathiar University. He then completed post-graduate degrees in Psychology, Sociology, English, Education, and Business Administration from Annamalai University. He obtained his MPhil degree in Labour Studies from Madurai Kamaraj University and was awarded PhD in Psychology from Bharathiar University in 2009.

Dr. Paramanandam has presented a large number of papers in national seminars and conferences. He has attended more than ten Quality Improvement Programmes organized by IIMB, XIME, TAPMI and other premier b-schools. He has been a resource person for the Gender Sensitization Programme conducted for the Tamil Nadu Police personnel. He was a member of Board of Studies in Management, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and is now on the Board of various B-schools.

He is actively involved in research. He has successfully guided 15 MPhil scholars, and 7 PhD scholars. Paramanandam received the Best Faculty Award from GRG Trust on the 14th March, 2016
