Aarthy S, Ms, B.E., M.B.A., (PhD) – Assistant Professor

 

Ms. S Aarthy is an Assistant Professor at GRG School of Management Studies. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering and a Master's degree in MBA with a specialization in HR from VIT University, Vellore.

With a total experience of 6 years, she has spent 4 years in the industry and 2 years in academia. During her industry tenure, she worked as a Program Analyst for Cognizant Technology Solutions. After completing her MBA, she served as an Organizational Development Consultant for a manufacturing firm in Chennai, where she was involved in a diversification project of a manufacturing firm in Chennai. Her areas of interest encompass Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and HR Analytics. She has a strong inclination towards Business Communication and has also worked as a freelance trainer, providing coaching to IELTS aspirants and Young Adult Learners. She holds certifications as Business English Communication Trainer, Instructional Designer and Tech Recruiter.

During her tenure as a Placement Coordinator, Ms. Aarthy was responsible for coordinating the end-to-end placement process for UG and PG students. Her role involved establishing connections with companies, organizing campus recruitment events, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful job placements for the students.
