She holds an MBA from GRD Academy of Management and an M.Com degree with distinction, where she was awarded the prestigious Gold Medal. Dr. Divya Lakshmi recently completed her PhD in Human Resource Management with her thesis, "Corporate Expectations from Management Students – A Way of Sustainable Quality Education in the Post-COVID Era," submitted to Bharathiar University, showcasing her commitment to advancing sustainable educational practices.

Dr. Divya's scholarly contributions are substantial, with her work featured in Scopus-indexed journals, underscoring her influence in academia.
