Chitra A, Dr. MBA., Mphil., SET., PhD-Assistant Professor

Dr. Chitra is an accomplished academic professional and researcher with over 15 years of experience in management education and research. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Bharathiar University, along with SET qualification, MBA, and M.Phil., reflecting a strong academic foundation and a commitment to continuous professional development. She has made significant contributions to curriculum design, program development, and faculty mentoring, and has actively contributed to syllabus framing for MBA and MBA–IEV programs, ensuring alignment with evolving global business requirements. She is also a certified Zoho HRM trainer, integrating industry-relevant digital tools into classroom learning. She is the holder of multiple patents, an author of books and book chapters with ISBN publications, and a recipient of an AICTE-funded ATAL Faculty Development Programme grant. She has also served as a Resource Person to various institutions, delivering expert sessions and contributing to faculty development initiatives. Driven by a global outlook and strong ethical orientation, Dr. Chitra is committed to developing future-ready management professionals through innovative pedagogy, research integration, and institutional excellence.
