Sreeprabha R Ms. MCom, MBA

Ms. Sreeprabha has got 3 years of experience in teaching national and international students (Mazoon College- Muscat, Affiliated to Missouri Institute of Technology, US) and also 2 years of working experience as Senior Process Associate in Tata Consultancy Services. She holds a Masters Degree in Commerce and an MBA Degree with specialization in HR and Finance.

Ms. Sreeprabha has been an active team member in organizing International Conferences on Realm of Bhagavad Gita, Academic Workshop, and HR Conclave in her previous work experience. She has also attended the Faculty Development

Program on “Contemporary Pedagogies in Commerce and Management” organized by Farook Institute of Management Studies and also attended a workshop on “Research Methods, Quantitative Tools and SPSS basic” organized by Mazoon College, Muscat.

  • Published a paper on the topic “Intangible assets from HR perspective” in Nehru Journal held at School of Management at Nehru College of Engineering and Research Centre, Thiruvilwamala, Thrissur.
  • Published an article on the topic “Importance of creating high productive workforce with global competitiveness in the National Conference on Trends in Engineering Applications and Management” held at Velallar College of Engineering and Technology, Erode.
  • Published a paper on “Competency Mapping in Organization’s from HR perspective” in a two day International Conference on Technology and Innovation Management organized by Department of Commerce, Vivekananda College of Arts and Sciences for Women on 3rd and 4th March 2016.
  • Presented a paper entitled -Various facets of Work Life Balance –An Indian Perspective in the International Conference on “Innovative Practices in the Contemporary Business Scenario” organized by Department of Commerce, Vivekananda College of Arts and Science for Women on 26th February 2015.
